These Terms govern your use of the Nourished website at nourished.fit and the waitlist. By joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms. Additional terms will apply to the Nourished app when it launches.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist registers your interest; it is not a purchase or a guarantee of access.
• Please provide an email address you control. One person, one signup.
• We may contact you about early access, launch, and related product news.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, automated, or bulk signups, or other people’s details without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site in violation of any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Nourished name, logo, site content, and design are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” while we’re in development. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and product details described here are subject to change before launch.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourished will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist.

Not medical advice

Nourished is a journaling and wellness product, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental-health advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops and will post the revised date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
